“Where Learning Comes Alive”

On Friday 7th October PC Jamie came to visit us and he brought his Police car for us to see!

The police car had flashing blue lights and a sire
We got to wear the hat and jacket and get in!
We got in the back too!
We had a special message on the walkie talkie
We saw the pepper spray
We tried out using the shield!
We got to climb in the boot!
We even got to try out being handcuffed!

On Tuesday 4th October 2016 the farm came to visit us at school. We saw lots of different animals such as chickens, hedgehogs, rabbits, a tortoise, a dog, guinea pigs and a barn owl!

We got to stroke the dog!
We saw a tiny tortoise!
We looked at information books about the animals.
The hedgehog climbed onto Miss Booth!
The barn owl flapped it's wings!
We each got to stroke the barn owl. He was so soft
