Design and Technology
Year 2's hand puppets. We designed our birds on the computer, then used templates to cut out the pieces and sewed them together with needles and thread. Then we glued on the decoration.
Year 2's car project. We used rulers, saws, vices and sandpaper to construct a wooden frame, then attached axle supports. We then painted, cut out and assembled our card cars and joined it all together. We added extra design elements that we had put together on the computer. Another tricky project, but they look great! Excellent resilience, Year 2!
